Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 28 g Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Berry
- 320 mL Skim Milk
- 1-2 TBSP Greek yogurt
- 3 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add Formula 1 Berry, ice, and skim milk into a blender, and combine until smooth.
- While blending, use a spoon to paint the insides of a clear glass with Greek yogurt, into the shape of clouds.
- Pour blended shake into glass and enjoy!
