Ingredients
- 28 g Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix, Cookies ‘n Cream
- 15 g Personalised Protein Powder
- 118 mL (1/2 cup) Water
- 1 Whole egg
- 3 Egg whites
- 2 TBSP Rolled oats
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a pan on medium/high heat until a few drops of water sprinkled into the pan form beads and sizzle.
- Sprinkle a small amount of canola oil on a paper towel and lightly wipe the surface of the .
- Pour pancake batter into two batches of four pancakes (pancakes will be thin) and cook until browned on the underside.
- Flip and continue to cook until the second side is brown. Serve.
