Overnight French Toast

- Cut bread into cubes in a small microwave-proof bowl and sprinkle with raisins.
- Combine milk, Personalised Protein Powder and egg in a blender and blend 10-15 seconds until smooth. Pour over bread-raisin mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow bread to absorb the liquid.
- When ready to cook, remove plastic wrap and microwave on high for approx. 2.5-3 minutes or until puffed and cooked through. Serve immediately with or without fresh fruit.

- 1 Slice wholegrain bread
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- ½ Cup non-fat milk
- 1 Egg
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- Fresh fruit (optional)
