Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Grease a muffin dish for 6 muffins with oil
  3. Pour equal amounts of the batter into each muffin dish
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 180 c for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve hot or cold.
