Cookies ‘n Cream Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 28 g  Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix, Cookies ‘n Cream
  • 15 g Personalised Protein Powder
  • 118 mL (1/2 cup) Water
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 2 TBSP Rolled oats

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat a pan on medium/high heat until a few drops of water sprinkled into the pan form beads and sizzle.
  • Sprinkle a small amount of canola oil on a paper towel and lightly wipe the surface of the .
  • Pour pancake batter into two batches of four pancakes (pancakes will be thin) and cook until browned on the underside.
  • Flip and continue to cook until the second side is brown. Serve.
